Likes: Hanging with my trusted dog and cat friends, quiet households, a warm spot in the sun for naps.
Dislikes: Loud kids/households, walks (I like a quiet backyard!)
This girl is ready for her forever home! She is 4 years old, mixed breed.
She was found as a stray in the southern part of Colorado and greeted her saviors with kisses!
Karmen is an absolute doll with a silly heart. She LOVES toys, nibbling on stuffies, chewing bones, and chasing her kong around the yard.
She has some dog friends, but can be picky. Karmen is best friends with her foster brother and does best with slow introductions with lots of yummy treats.
Karmen is good with people, a little nervous of strangers though. She would likely do ok in a home with older kids but would prefer an adult only home with few visitors other than her trusted friends.
Introducing the gentle and affectionate Tallulah, a lovable dog seeking her forever home! This endearing pup adores belly rubs, making new friends on walks, giving hugs to her favorite humans, and snuggling for hours on end. Although she cherishes her cozy naps, Tallulah is a dream walking companion – always eager to be right by your side, her excitement barely contained as she wiggles with joy.
Throughout your walks, Tallulah will gaze up at you, seeking praise and affection, while occasionally needing a gentle nudge to resist the allure of squirrels or geese. Although she's still discovering the joy of playing with toys, her playful spirit shines through as she frolics in the snow.
Already perfectly house-trained and a fantastic walker, Tallulah's ideal family would provide plenty of time for long naps, belly rubs, and leisurely walks. She dreams of a home where she can be surrounded by kindness, belly rubs, cozy blankets, and exciting adventures. She does take a little bit of time to warm up to new people, so patience is a must!
Tallulah would thrive in a home without small children, as they can overwhelm her. Her perfect environment includes a backyard, a furry sibling to play with, and an abundance of love. Don't miss your chance to welcome this sweet and gentle soul into your life – she's the loving companion you've been waiting for!
She is 4 years old and about 40lbs.
This sweet girl was found by some amazing people who discovered her after she was hit by a car. She received treatment for an inflamed spinal cord and has been doing well! She still struggles a bit with stairs but loves to run around and go on walks.
Rue does well with some dogs, all people, and has just completed a training program where she learned leash manners and has been doing great.
She is ready for some stability and a family of her own!
e's been through a lot in his short life, and is currently on medication as he is learning to trust. Griff will need patient humans to continue his progress to trust & love.
He is kennel trained and very food motivated! He would love a home with a playful and confident dog to make him feel safe.
She is about 7 months old.
Girlfriend had a scary start to life and she is on anxiety medication currently to aid in her ability to relax and trust humans again. Once she trusts you, she really opens up! She would do well with another dog to play with and gain confidence.
She is kennel trained, and requires a crate for her safe space.
Girlfriend's ideal home would be relaxed, low pressure, and patient and loving. She will be a special addition to your home where she can really shine!
She was found as a stray as a puppy and after a little time at the shelter she's been settling into a foster home. She is nervous of new people so she would prefer a quiet home.
Piper has done well with the other dogs and cat she's met so far.
He is a 5 year old Swiss Mountain Dog looking for a new home or foster home!

Gus Gus is a pointer mix pup looking for a home that can continue his medical care.
He broke a leg that didn't heal correctly, and will need joint care and will possibly have elbow issues later in life that could require pain management or amputation.
Gus Gus isn't letting this keep him down! He is a sweet pup who loves toys and snuggles from the friends he's made at the shelter.
This sweet senior is looking for a new home. He can be leash reactive, but does great at doggy day care with the other dogs.
Sylvester is an extremely lovable boy, he’s very loyal and intelligent. He’s a big baby who doesn’t realize his size and would gladly snuggle you to death or go run around the mountains for hours/days.
He does amazing with humans but is more choosy with his animal friends. He does have a dog sister who he loves and has been able to make friends with some other dogs, but gradually and controlled.
Sylvester just wants to be a good boy and needs a new home that can continue to guide him in the right direction with love and patience.
Some of his tricks: sit, come, heel, sit between the legs, bang (play dead), roll over, spin, army crawl, beep beep (backing up noise), spot/place (any elevated surface that you establish), he constantly likes the challenge of learning new ones.
This little guy is 2 years old and ready for his new home.
He gets along with his foster brothers in his foster home. He can be a bit nervous around new people but warms up quickly with yummy snacks.
JackJack came into the shelter as a stray so unfortunately, we don’t have any home history on this handsome Doberman.
JackJack is dog social and enjoyed playing with Princess the lovely pit he met during his dog test.
JackJack has been nervous towards some strangers, typically when being approached and reached for.
JackJack has been working with staff and volunteers, with lots of time and patience JackJack has been able to warm up to a select few. Once he does, he is a friend for life.
He is just about a year old and currently weight about 50lbs. He was picked up as a stray and he is underweight but is making progress in his foster home.
He was pretty nervous his first night with his foster but was already snuggling and doing the zoomies on day 2.
He is a domestic kitten born 8/28/23
He is a sweet snuggler like the rest of the litter.
This big girl is looking for a new home. She is a 3 year old great pyrenees mix.
She is in need of a family who can continue her training. She does well with kids, but can be reactive meeting people for the first time and also on leash.
She gets along with some dogs, but would probably do best in a single dog home as she can be a bit of a resource guarder.
She is working on these behaviors and will need continued support.
Luna is the sweetest gal, mellow, easygoing and the perfect Colorado pupper. She is around 9 years old and in good health.
She needs a few longer walks or hikes a week and is good to just chill the rest of the time. She loves popcorn, sweet potatoes, and belly rubs and snow.
She's very well-socialized and great to take around town, to dog parks, to restaurants and wherever else. Currently lives with a dog and a cat. She loves other animals and has even helped to dog-socialize some foster cats as she is very gentle.
She's very fearful of small children and babies and should not go to a home with kids under 9 years old.
She is about a year old and 65lbs.
Oakley loves toys, playing fetch, and she is very energetic.
She does well with kids and is very snuggly and sweet.
Oakley would prefer to be the only dog in the home. She would benefit from an active family who can continue her leash training.
She is a 7 month old cattle dog mix.
This girl has a ton of energy and love to spare!
Her ideal home would include a lot of exercise and stimulation. She does well with other dogs, has lived with cats in the past but did give them a chase.
Are you looking for a goofy, playful, and zesty new bestie? Arya is a 2.5-year-old little Doberman-mix girl built for speed.
Arya is ready to find her new forever home after suddenly having to leave her loving family due to circumstances outside of anyone's control (*cough cough breed restrictions cough*).
Arya is fully potty and kennel trained and loves sleeping on soft blankets and cushions in her crate. She knows basic commands and is pretty good on leash, although she can get a little too excited sometimes.
She is a very high-energy dog, highly food motivated, and LOVES playing tug, fetch, and chew toys all of which need to be very chew-resistant as she is a heavy chewer. She will need an active home willing to keep her engaged through ongoing training, adventures, and other activities. Despite all that activity, she has never chewed or destroyed anything she wasn't supposed to - unless you count the one time she snuck a stick of butter off the counter.
Arya also loves all dogs and would love nothing more than to have an active dog sibling. While she grew up with a toddler, her playful nature can be overwhelming for small children and fearful smaller animals.
Arya can get a little skittish with strangers but is won over with treats and calm and gentle behavior. She has made friends with everyone she has met so far. Once you are her friend, she loves nothing more than a belly rub, couch cuddles, and gentle kisses.
Ready to meet this sassy girl and become best friends?
She is a 3 month old lab/chow chow mix puppy. She does well with other dogs but is still learning how to interact with people.
She will need a family dedicated to continue her training.
Hi I'm Ziggy, a playful and loving 45lb Belgian Malinois mix seeking a forever home!
Ziggy is an energetic 5-year-old who loves to play and is prone to the zoomies, but will never pass down the opportunity for a lazy snuggle day.
Ziggy is very intelligent and knows basic commands like sit, stay, down, and spin. She is muzzle, house, and crate trained and walks well on a leash. Ziggy Is a social butterfly with humans, and would do well in a home with children over the age of 5.
Other animals, including dogs, make Ziggy anxious. Therefore, she would be best suited as an only pet in a home where she can receive the love and space she deserves, preferably with a yard. Ziggy may also experience separation anxiety, so crating or providing a safe space for her is recommended when leaving her alone.
Ziggy is up-to-date on all vaccinations and is microchipped. If you are looking for a loyal companion who will undoubtedly bring so much love to your family, please consider adopting Ziggy.
He is about 8 years old, 85 lbs, great with people, and excited to play with other dogs.
Cliff was rescued from a shelter after being found underweight with broken teeth. He has had amazing veterinary care and is now ready for his forever home!
He is 8 years old but certainly acts like a younger dog. He can be kind of a bull in a china shop in the house, he will need some continued training on how to be an inside dog.
He is leash trained, potty trained, and loves going for walks and playing with kongs.
Cliff is in need of immediate fostering or a new home to give him a shot.
Luna is a beautiful and sweet 3 year old purebred Akita.
***Luna has epilepsy and takes pills twice a day.***
She is very energetic, loves the outdoors, and loves being the center of attention.
She grew up with a male Akita but has not gotten along with other animals.
She is rough with kids, so I recommend a child free household or teens for her.
Luna needs someone that can give her adequate attention and handle her medical needs. She would be a perfect companion for someone with an active lifestyle that will give her undivided attention.
Luna has pet insurance that could transfer to new owners as well.
