Their owner had to surrender them after an unexpected medical condition left him unable to care for them.  This bonded pair are only a year apart, and have been raised together since puppyhood so we really want to keep them together!

He’s a little bit country and she’s a little bit rock-n-roll, but they go together like peas and carrots! 

Daryl is a laid-back, handsome brindle with a sweet, calm demeanor, and gives the best dog hugs ever! The true hound that he is, he loves long walks with his nose to the ground or in the air to make sure those pesky squirrels stay up in the trees.  But don’t let him fool you, he has a funny, mischievous side as well.  If his nose can reach it, his mouth can eat it, but only when you’re not looking.  

While Daryl is happy moseying along, Jessie’s ready to put the pedal to the metal.   She puts the “sass” in sassafras!   When this girl gets excited, clear the floor, ‘cause she likes to dance like no one’s watching!  This little fashionista somehow matched her eyes to her coat, she’s a real beauty!  But there’s nothing she loves more than snuggling up with you on the couch.  That is, once you move her over an inch and squeeze in beside her.  She’s not giving up her spot easily!

They may be polar opposites, but they agree that they are looking for somebody with a lot of love to give…and treats(bones)…and cuddles…and belly/butt rubs and, oh yeah, a big yard would be great because, well, they’re not the best on leash, but they’re getting better!

Meet Bentley!

Bentley is a sweet senior pup who loves to cuddle and relax in the sun.

He has never met a person he does not love, and while 11 years old, you would not be able to tell with his excitement at meeting new people shining though is tail wags and fully body wiggles. 

He knows the power of his beautiful brown eyes and he uses it for bully rubs and nose pets.  He enjoys the simple life at home: love, rest, and the occastional treat. Toby is his best friend!

She is a 5 year old cane corso and she weighs 85lbs. 

Sunshine is ready to get out of the shelter and into a foster or permanent home!

She is reactive towards other dogs, but has been working on it and is making improvements. Sunshine is good with adults, kids are unknown at this time. 

Elwood is an 8-year-old Rottweiler looking for a new home. He is calm and takes his time getting used to new people and surroundings. Kyah is shy and unsure when you first meet her, but once she warms up to you, she is a ball of love. Kyah has never lost her puppy spirit, as she loves to play with all her favorite toys (her Sasquatch stuffed animal is her favorite). 

Kyah was abused as a puppy, so she has her quirks. She needs someone who will be patient with her as they learn her personality. She would be best in an active home with one person or an active couple. A home with no kids would be the best option.

Kyah has been very compatible with cats in past experiences. 

Maddie is a senior dog with a heart of gold and a perpetual wag in her tail.

Despite her age, Maddie is full of energy and loves to play with kids and other dogs. She's the perfect companion for an active family who enjoys long walks and playtime in the yard. Barkely is a 4 1/2 yr  Pittie/Mastiff/Heeler mix & a very handsome good boy. 

He heartily eats his food and treats. He enjoys a variety of veggies, fruit, yogurt, canned food, bone broth as toppers or in a West Paw Topple cup, and a good bone to chew. He also likes a dab of peanut butter before bed. 

He's a goober!! He is like a train when it's time to go outside to play. He thinks it's a race to get to his favorite ball. He lives for fetch!! Return? Well, he returns and drops the ball a few feet away. He's still slowly working on return and give/release. 
He is good on harness/lead to walk. He is a big boy, & is strong.  He is a "Velcro" dog. He wants to be near his human & is willing to scale a fence to get to you. Therefore-

Barkley requires a 6 ft or higher fence. He can not be left unattended outside until you're positive he can not/will not clear the fence.

Barkley needs a stable home life. Love, attention, training, and play are highly encouraged, and another dog is highly encouraged to continue dog behavior/play/training.
He is kennel-trained, & potty-trained.

He gets along well with kids and other dogs. Axelby is not very energetic, but he enjoys a nice walk and loves to chase squirrels. His calm and loving nature makes him a great companion for any family.

She is loving, energetic, and full of personality. She enjoys walks and hikes and playing fetch with her toys (or keeping away, depending on the day), but her favorite hobby is sniffing everything she can get her nose to. As a smart dog, she knows the basic commands like sit, stay, and lay down. She also knows "go to bed," "kennel up," "outside," "treat," and others, along with a few tricks.
